We at Hulta Design, believe in delivering only the highest quality original or custom made furniture. As such, our consultation process is both thorough and detailed in nature. This is to provide our clients with the best results of the piece of furniture. To do this, we need our clients, to be frank and upfront with the kind of furniture that they are looking for.

How to order custom designs
Looking for something custom? We are here to create suitable furniture based on your requirements.
Here are the 5 steps to order your custom design.
For further inquiries, questions and updates on your order, please contact us via Line, Email, Facebook or a phone call and we will be happy to assist you in every step of purchasing your orders.
Send us an image, either a screenshot or a picture taken, of the piece of furniture you would like to order and send to us via Line chat or Facebook. Write along with it the design specification, and customization you want us to work on.
We will get in touch to confirm exactly what it is you are looking for and then we will send you out a purchasing order.
Make payment for your piece and send us the proof of payment in order for us to get to work on your custom furniture.
Please wait around 14-21 days (on average) for us to produce the furniture to the highest standard.
Once we have completed our work, we will notify you and on when your piece is ready to ship and to schedule a delivery time at your convenience.
We also offer our clients a seamless online ordering experience which allows you to select premade items from our range. In order to do this please follow these steps,
Pick your products from our range of handmade furniture and add them to your cart by clicking the add to cart button.
After your order has been confirmed by email, you will receive your purchasing order, you will then use this to complete payment for your items.
Once you have paid for the requested items please allow us 14 – 21 working days in order to craft and produce your order to your exact specifications. (This can vary dependent on our current workload and schedule).
After completing the piece we will then contact you in order to arrange delivery to your convenience.
You will receive a notification one day before the date of delivery to confirm the time and location details with you and give you a preliminary consultation with our delivery expert.
In the very unlikely event that there are any issues with your order, please contact us further and we will be more than happy to help you solve them.
